LENA does not take a deposit. You book on WhatsApp or Telegram and pay after the service: cash in dong, MIR or a Russian bank card (+4%), or a QR transfer. If the card fails, cash and QR are always available.
What we mean by no deposit
A deposit is money a salon asks for before your visit to hold the time. We do not ask for it. You choose a salon and a time, we confirm by message, and you pay only after the service when you have seen the result.
For you this means three things: no transfer to an unknown account before your trip, no lost deposit if your flight is delayed, and a price agreed from photos before you sit down.
How to book
- Send the date, time, salon and service on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Attach 1–2 design photos and a photo of your nails.
- We confirm the time and price — no deposit.
- Pay after the service by cash, card or QR.
Payment after the service
Cash in dong and QR transfers have no surcharge. MIR and Russian bank cards carry a 4% bank fee. If the terminal does not accept your card, pay cash or by QR and the amount stays the same.
If the terminal does not accept your card, nothing is lost: pay cash in dong or send a QR transfer. The price is the same; only the 4% card fee disappears.
For a group, book two or three days ahead: several technicians can work at the same time, but chairs and times need to be matched.
A confirmation in the chat is enough at the door; you do not need to print anything or show a passport.

Is there really no deposit?
Correct. No deposit for a single booking or a group; you pay after the service.
What if I cancel?
Nothing is lost. Just tell us early so we can offer the time to someone else.
Can I book for today?
Yes, if a slot is open. Message us and we will offer the nearest time.
Can I pay part cash, part card?
Yes. The 4% applies only to the amount paid by card.
